The customer may request an exchange or return of a non-food product of proper quality within the period established by law, including within 14 days excluding the purchase date, unless the seller announces a longer period.

If you receive a different part number, an incomplete set, a manufacturing defect or damage, contact support as soon as possible. Include photos of the packaging, markings, product and carrier document.
If the return is caused by the seller’s error, a confirmed defect or damage before delivery to the customer, costs are determined by law and the agreed resolution. For a product of proper quality, shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
After receiving and inspecting the product, the seller will communicate the decision. Refunds are issued within statutory and payment-method timelines. The bank may require additional processing time.
