Acceptance is an action by the customer that clearly confirms consent, including placing an order, pressing the confirmation button, making payment or another action expressly stated at checkout. An automatic notice that a request has been received does not always confirm stock; the agreement for a specific product is considered concluded after the seller confirms the essential terms.
The customer provides accurate contact details, delivery information and, where required, vehicle details for compatibility checks. The seller may clarify the part number, configuration, lead time and price before confirmation.
Images may be illustrative; the product name, part number, specifications and agreed configuration are decisive.
Prices are shown in the selected interface currency. Payment is made in a currency and by a method permitted by law and displayed at checkout. Bank and logistics fees are disclosed separately where applicable.
The delivery method, address and estimated time are specified in the order. On receipt, the customer must inspect the packaging, quantity, completeness and external condition and document any damage under the carrier’s rules.
Selection by make, model, VIN, OEM or other parameters is provided as informational assistance. The customer must provide accurate vehicle details. Before installation, verify the part number, dimensions, connectors, installation side and configuration. Installation by a qualified service center is recommended.
Customer rights are governed by law and the pages “Return Policy” and “Warranty”. To review a claim, the seller may request documents, images, a service-center report or the product for inspection.
The parties are liable within the limits of applicable law. The seller is not responsible for delays by carriers or banks, communication outages or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, but will assist in resolving the issue. These limitations do not apply where liability is mandatory by law.
Claims should be sent to support@vendra.website. The parties will try to resolve issues through negotiation. The customer retains the right to contact a competent authority or court.
