How online payment works

When online payment is enabled, the customer is redirected to the secure payment form of . Card details must be entered only on the provider or bank page. The website receives the transaction status, not confidential card details.

What to check before payment

the website address starts with HTTPS and the domain is correct;
the amount, currency, order number and recipient name are as expected;
the page does not ask for a PIN or online banking password;
the 3-D Secure confirmation arrives through the bank’s app or official channel.

Information you must never disclose

Never disclose: PIN, CVV/CVC, one-time codes, online banking password or the full card number in chat or by phone.

To locate a payment, support only needs the order number, time, amount and last four digits of the card.

Suspicious payment or fraud

Contact your bank immediately using its official number and block the card if necessary.
Save screenshots, SMS messages, the page address and transaction details.
Notify support at support@vendra.website.
If there are signs of a crime, contact the cyber police or law enforcement authorities.

Chargebacks and refunds

Contact the seller first to review the order and refund. The right to dispute a transaction through the bank depends on the payment system rules, bank rules and transaction circumstances.
