Delivery methods

Orders can be delivered to a branch or parcel locker of Nova Poshta, to a branch of Ukrposhta, by carrier courier or by another method shown during checkout.

The customer selects a city and an available branch in the cart.
Oversized, fragile or special products may have separate transport terms.
The risk of accidental damage transfers in accordance with the law and carrier terms; we recommend inspecting the packaging and product on receipt.

Processing and dispatch times

A product marked “in stock” is usually handed to the carrier after the order is confirmed. An “available to order” product has an individual lead time confirmed by a manager.

The tracking number or other dispatch confirmation is sent to the contact provided by the customer when this feature is available.

Available payment methods

The specific set of methods is shown in the cart or agreed with a manager before confirmation:

cash on delivery through the carrier, when available for the selected product;
bank transfer to the seller’s bank details;
online card payment через , якщо module активований;
another lawful method agreed by the parties and stated in the order confirmation.

Bank or carrier fees may be paid by the customer when disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.

Inspection on receipt

Check that the packaging is intact and there is no external damage.
Verify the part number, completeness and quantity.
Do not install the part before checking compatibility with the vehicle.
If there is damage, complete a damage report with the carrier and contact support immediately.

Delivery outside Ukraine

International shipping is available only by separate agreement. Duties, taxes, brokerage and bank charges are determined by the recipient country’s law and are generally not included in the product price.
